I always get excited when somebody else "publishes" me. (If you can call a few links from curbed as being "published"). MUG (Manhattan Users Guide) is a daily e-mail you can sign up for that's SO MUCH BETTER than Daily Candy. Anyway, a few days ago they reviewed a bag they had dubbed the clear winner in their search for the perfect laptop conveyance. And I felt the need to tell them about my new work bag. Being one who always "thinks outside the box" (a necessary attribute to succeed in corporate drudgery or on The Apprentice), I've been using an ingeniuosly designed diaper bag, the skiphop, for my computer. I can't say enough about how great a laptop bag this thing is. It's so cool - I'm thinking of buying another one for FTM's diapers. Well, they recognized my trendsetting ways and put me in todays MUG - last line in the second item.
So this isn't just a self lauditory post - although I do sometimes like to toot my own horn - it's a shameless promotion for MUG. I find their service invaluable (like their review of moving companies or their list of hotels for under $200) and the more readers - the more advertising dollars they can make - the longer they stay around. We'll all be happy - as long as they don't go all Dana Levy on us and sell out.
