Frankie's got a new game we play over and over. (Because that's how it works with a 2 year old - they find something they like to do, like wash the car, and they do it over and over and over.) It started when he found two tubs of play-doh (purple and blue) when we were cleaning up his toys and wanted Daddy to "make play-doh" with him. Daddy was just rolling the play-doh up into a ball and then squeezing it with his fist, not really paying attention to what he was doing when Frankie excitedly yelled "Poopie!". Take a look for yourself - it sure does look like poopie.
But we don't stop at just making the poopie. That's not enough. We have to do something with the poopie to make this game fun. What could we do? Hmmmmm....
I know! We could COOK the poopie! After the poopie is made, we put it in the "oven" and cook it for a minute or two. Thankfully, we haven't progressed to the point where we eat the poopie. Once it's cooked, we squish it up and start again. Or we forget about it in the oven. Then Mommy finds it when she's putting the toys away.
Isn't this game fun?
